Firm founder Loren B. Siegel is a skilled negotiator and litigator with over 35 years of experience representing victims of all types of vehicle and transportation accidents, nursing home negligence,
slip and falls and other residential and commercial property accidents, worker-related accidents and other cases of negligence. He has obtained and collected verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients that cumulatively totals into the tens of millions of dollars.
Mr. Siegel is a believer in the importance of skilled and ethical trial representation for all Americans and has post-graduate certification from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the fair and effective administration of justice. He also is a frequent lecturer on trial practice and enjoys the satisfaction of successfully representing the interests of those most in need of a lawyer. Among those clients are
injury victims with families who depend on them, who need
compensation for an injury that has kept them from their work and paychecks and who have no where else to turn. Mr. Siegel often takes injury cases that other law firms won't touch—even those that have been turned down by
